How is the cost of delivery calculated??

Delivery costs are calculated by total order weight, and are inclusive of handling, packaging, courier charges and VAT at the standard UK rate

Do you ship internationally?

No.

How long does delivery take?

Between 3–5 working days. Due to the nature of our products, seasonal increases in demand and factors beyond our control, there may be occasional longer delivery times. We will endeavour to inform you of any such situation to avoid disappointment.

How do I contact customer services?

We are a tiny team and during opening hours often helping customers in the shop, so please don’t be offended if we can’t always answer the phone. Emailing any enquiries to orders@grannygetsagrip.com will always be seen and acted on quickly.

Can I place my order over the phone?

No.

What can I do if something is wrong with my order?

If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please send us an email to orders@grannygetsagrip.com and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.

I’ve seen something I like on the website and now cant find it. Where is it?

Granny Gets a Grip offer some limited edition products and the chances are it’s been sold. It never hurts to get in touch with the shop directly to enquire as to whether another can be found, but to avoid disappointment, we recommend ‘striking while the iron is hot’.
