HOW IS THE COST OF DELIVERY CALCULATED?
Delivery costs are calculated by total order weight, and are inclusive of handling, packaging, courier charges and VAT at the standard UK rate. We do not ship internationally
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
We use the Royal Mail and Parcelforce – delivery takes between 3-5 working days.
Some of our larger products, including rollators have delivery times of up to two weeks. We will inform you if there are delays in delivery

WHAT CAN I DO IF THERE’S SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY ORDER?
If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order please email us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will sort it out as quickly as we can.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
All products must be returned in their original packaging within 28 days.

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS
There are no charges for return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
LOSS AND DAMAGES?
To minimise the possibility of breakages all items will be wrapped securely in recyclable packaging. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our shippers. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If, for any reason, your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you immediately to make alternative arrangements.
