The cushion is a 3cm comfortable foam padding on a solid base that turns smoothly on ball bearings. The swivel cushion allows you to rotate your upper body with minimal effort. It works brilliantly on a kitchen/dining chair. The swivel cushion is particularly good for those with lower back or hip problems.
