These beautiful Eyra kitchen utensils with ergonomic handles have been designed by Sebastian Conran for comfort and ease of use. The set comprises a spoon, a slotted spoon, a spatula and a pasta grabber. The angle of the utensils has been created to maintain a neutral wrist position and the size and shape of the handle are designed to be held with minimal grip strength.
As well as being designed to look good, they have three key functional features:
- The angle, shape and size of the handle is unique. It has been created to allow a neutral wrist position and to accommodate multiple grip types.
- The material on the handle is over-moulded with a soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) so that, even when wet, they are secure in the hand with minimal grip.
- They can be attached to hooks via the loop at the end, or fixed magnetically to the accompanying rack for easier, less fiddly storage.
