These no-nonsense American style ice bags can be used as either hot or cold therapy for muscle pain relief. The large rubber fabric bag holds approx 450ml of ice, cold water or hot water from the tap (not boiling water). They feel a bit like old fashioned bath caps – soft touch and slightly rubbery.
