The Ziggy has a non-slip rubber foot suitable for indoor and outdoor use and a comfortable plastic seat/handle.
A spring-loaded button under the seat securely locks the seat in either the walking or sitting position. And it comes with a comfortable, adjustable, coloured shoulder bag.
